Return Window:

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
• Return accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong product received

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used or washed products
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Clearance or final sale items

Refund Process:

• Refunds are processed after quality check of returned product
• Approved refunds are credited within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be made to original payment method

Replacement Option:

• Available for damaged or incorrect items, subject to stock availability

Return Process:

• Share order details and product images (if damaged/defective)
• Return pickup or shipping instructions will be provided
